An NVIDIA SFF-Ready System Build

Testing NVIDIA’s SFF-Ready Program

NVIDIA announced their SFF-Ready Enthusiast GeForce Cards rating earlier this year, to help those that love to build high powered small form factor systems.  The rating applies to RTX 4070 cards and above that are a maximum of 151mm maximum wide, including the power cable bend radius, no longer than 304mm and no more than 50 mm or 2.5 slots deep (6 x 12 x 2″).  They compiled a handy list of SFF-Ready cards for you to reference, found here.

TechPowerUp decided to check this new rating out, installing an ASUS ProArt GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER OC Edition 16 GB into a Fractal Design Mood, along with an ASUS ROG STRIX GAMING B760-I GAMING WIFI and other components.  The installation went smoothly, with no problems at all.  The SFF-Ready program might not be groundbreaking, but for those that build small systems it is great to know that your NVIDIA GPU will fit in your case before buying it.
